Using Visitor Messages.

We have the ability to send visitor messages here at the WBG. Unfortunately, they aren't quite so obvious as are the ones most of us know from PI.

To check your visitor messages, go to your profile. There is a string of links above the actual profile. The very first link in that string just happens to be "Visitor Messages".

If you intend to use them, you'll have check them manually when you log in. It's a bit of a pain in the butt but I would suspect eventually Forumotion will add a notification feature of some sort. Until then, we'll just have to make do.

Take note: you can't reply to visitor messages, so I really don't get the point. I suppose you can leave a message not unlike a real bulletin board.
